  These folks, which I'm sure are great with kids, suck horribly with customer service. Not once did I get addressed with sir or anything remote to a professional salutation, I received a response to my email with no cordial introduction or greeting. I was contacted by email from a woman and then spoke to a different lady on the phone, not once did they provide me professionalism that would compel me to bring my children over there, if they can treat an inquiring member of the community, that would and could potentially mean business and get treated this way, what more to leaving my own child there. Was so excited about this place but I'm so glad things turned out this way, at least I know.
